Our integrated capabilities enable intelligent transport solutions, road network management and maintenance, facility maintenance and utilities services. We also have expertise delivering services within the constraints imposed by a live operating environment

Position Summary:

Our Infrastructure Projects division are now seeking to engage the capability of an experienced Zero Harm Coordinator to join our team based in Springvale VIC. You will provide support, coordination and advice of safety practices, systems and procedures across various projects. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for: 

  • Communicating safety requirements to subcontractor’s onsite.
  • Compile data and information for end of month reporting.
  • Track progress against assigned deliverables and report on progress to the leadership team.
  • Enter and extract data from incident management system.
  • Enter and extract data from key performance management system
  • Prepare and update project work, health and safety documents and registers.
  • Facilitate group discussions about work, health and safety.
  • Conduct field leadership inspections and audits.
  • Provide support to various projects across different states.
  • About You:

  • Tertiary (Bachelor) degree in Work, Health and Safety (preferable) or Diploma in Work, Health and Safety.
  • 1-2 years’ experience.
  • Experience within the rail, transport, construction, mining & resources or engineering industries preferable
  • Strong computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation
  • Knowledge of auditing, safety inspections and compliance reporting procedures and processes.
  • Willingness to travel interstate for project auditing
  • Experience in document compliance procedures and processes and understanding of technology to support safety systems.
  • Knowledge of incident management and reporting involving multiple internal and external parties.
