Workforce management and payroll has never been more on the minds of employers than now. As a result, Management and Boards are looking for support in assessing their payroll functions from a Risk and Controls perspective and transforming their payrolls to become best practice functions.
As a Wage Trust Program Delivery - Senior Manager in our People & Organisation team your impact will be seen by:
You have advisory experience in leading remediation or other large-scale and complex data-driven programs or managing complex datasets. You will bring strong program delivery skills with the ability to communicate with impact, execute on challenging project timelines, and will be confident to manage executive level stakeholders and interactions with industry regulatory bodies. You possess a strong commercial mindset and will hold a related degree or have relevant experience in remedial programs. Prior experience in HR or payroll is preferable, but not essential.
