Wimmera Health Care Group has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dedicated Staff Development Unit. This permanent part time position includes working Monday to Friday and is responsible for facilitating essential training and assessment activities and advising team members of possible career pathways and areas of potential future training and employment. Particular focus for training will be given to team members who have no/low computer skills, have not completed secondary school and/or English may be a second language.
