Are you the next seasoned sales professional to represent our dynamic national brand?

Our sales team is looking for a passionate leader to join their high performing team on a permanent basis, looking after the Central Metro territory. The position will report to the Zone Manager. You will contribute to the continued development of our market-leading brands by developing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel. Growth and success are our drivers.

As a Territory Manager , you will have the opportunity to lead a team of part-time Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
  • Disciplined key in-field execution processes
  • Compliance with agreed customer terms
  • Strong level of customer interaction via disciplined adherence to our service model
  • Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
  • Contribute effectively as a member of an aligned state field team.
  • You will be an energetic achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results, coupled with a superior customer focus. We are looking for a person who is confident in leading others and should, therefore, demonstrate management experience and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A track record in sales is desirable, along with experience in, or knowledge of the FMCG industry. Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential.
