Roles and Responsibilities:
•Identifies, assesses, and solves client business problems with data driven approach.
•Interacts with internal and client stakeholders to gain acceptance on solution approach.
•Strong understanding of Sales, Service Request, Knowledge Management and Digital Customer service modules.
•Drive Functional solutions on Oracle Engagement Cloud engagements.
•Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
•Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
•Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Canberra/Sydney/Melbourne, Australia or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within Australia
•At least 8-10 years of IT experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance
•Ability to document solutions design in clear language, diagrams, and process flows.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction and works well under pressure.
•Should have been involved in a Minimum of 2 end to end Implementation of Oracle Engagement/Sales Cloud.
•Certified Oracle Sales/ Engagement Cloud Implementation Specialist.
•Well versed with Oracle Sales/ Engagement Cloud functionalities including Sales Force Automation and Service Request Management.
•Complete understanding of Sales processing including Account, Contact, Leads, Opportunity, Service Request, Knowledge Management.
•Excellent customer interfacing skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills
