  • Why you’ll love your role

    You will be responsible for providing an exceptional support service to a team of high performing consultants. Your day will be very fast-paced, busy and rewarding. Day to day, your role will include:

  • The creation and formatting of documents and presentations;
  • Preparation of reports and maintenance of internal registers;
  • Contractor management;
  • Posting online advertisements;
  • Producing detailed reports including analytics for key accounts;
  • Coordination of electronic mailers and newsletters;
  • Event management;
  • General consultant support; and
  • Reception relief cover.

    To be successful in this role, you will be outgoing and friendly in style, with a customer-centric approach. In addition, you will have:

  • Top tier professional services experience as an administrator (ideally recruitment);
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high performance environment;
  • Proven experience managing a high volume of work and managing conflicting priorities;
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels coupled with an impeccable attention to detail;
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (testing required); and
  • A strong desire to be successful and produce high quality work.
