The Team Administration Assistant for the JLL CS Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) account will support the Security Clearance Manager and Relationship Director(s) Leadership Team.You'll also make long-lasting professional connections through sharing different perspectives, and you'll be inspired by the best. What this opportunity involves:

We are currently seeking a fun, dynamic and passionate Admin Assistant to work onsite with a friendly and collaborative JLL Facilities team for one of our clients!

You will be responsible for forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with visitors and clients through the delivery of a superior and engaging workplace experience.

Key responsibilities;

  • Provide administrative support and meet reporting requirements.
  • Actioning routine enquiries within agreed timeframes
  • A trend of reducing processing time for requests
  • Accurate maintenance of security registers
  • Positive contribution to JLL’s security culture
  • Maintain the Service Centre by ensuring faxes, incoming and outgoing post and couriers are processed in a timely manner to meet the account’s KPIs
  • Assist with the end-to-end move process for all office moves and new employees according to clients’ requirements
  • Maintain communications from the time a problem is identified through resolution
  • Maintain the sites and client assets to a high standard ensuring a safe and compliant workplace is maintained at all times

    Good interpersonal skills and communication skills are vital and, of course you’ll be able to work independently will prove success in the role!

    This role is subject to Commonwealth Government Security vetting processes where you must be an Australian Citizen in order to conduct this check.
