Talent Connectors connect our employees to projects. The primary focus of the position is balancing and finding the right assignment to support individual skills, career development, and preferences, while ensuring all client demand is met and business metrics goals are met. You will proactively identify possible assignments for people, and follow open demands to help find suitable candidates, working with minimal guidance and looking for innovative solutions.Main responsibilities:- Search assignments for available candidates based on skills and preferences.- Connect with project executives to understand their needs for profiles and project times to advise their decisions on potential candidates.- Work with HR Partners to better understand the skills, aspirations and availability of our people.- Keep updated and work on open demands in the system to connect our people with open roles.- Guarantee high quality and precision in the data of the demands and assignments.- Confirm the completion dates of assignments with project executives.- Propose cross-border assignments when necessary to meet demand on time with the best available candidates.Requirements:- Previous experience in planning, HR management, business administration- Excel: Intermediate / Advanced level- English: Intermediate level- Communication skills, relationship management and customer service- Ability to understand and balance the impact of planning decisions on all business outcomes (overdue demand, productivity, labor cost, employee engagement, etc.)- Ability to understand and appreciate the perspective of a project on open demands, and to be able to communicate the status, challenges, necessary action / supports of the project, etc. to meet the demand.- Ability to maintain trust under pressure and collaborate with project teams to address and solve problems.- Understanding of the financial implications of the workforce, level, location, use of contractors, etc. as they meet the demand.- High analytical capacity- Learning ability to use reporting tools and perform analysis- Quality / thoroughness guarantee- Strong organizational skills- Ability to find solutions and a decisive mindset- Creativity and innovation- Convenience to work in the office and virtually- Advocate for inclusion and diversity- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional environment.About AccentureAccenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security.
