Be able to work flexible hours for at least 7 days a week. Might need to work till late until 4-6 pm PH Time. Because the leads are working people and they might not be reachable during working hours in Brisbane. Experience in setting appointments, lead generation and account management is a plus Familiarity with different CRM and Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams Familiar with consultative selling. Job Description: Will be selling vocational courses that is government funded with a small admin fee. Customers will be Queensland Australian residents. Leads will be assigned. Expected to engage with a minimum of 75 clients a day. Commission structure: The person has a KPI of enrolling at least 15-20 or 60 a month. $15 bonus for each successful student who attends once quota is met.
