We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media & Community Executive to join our innovative Marketing team based at our Sydney Head Office. This is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the brand across all social and online channels as well as extending and analysing the reach and impact of our online activity and campaigns. This role would suit someone who has a passion for retail and all things social media, that wants to step up and develop an iconic Australian retailers’ online community, you will always be looking for the next piece of interesting content to tie-in with the overarching brand strategy of the business.
Deliver and build the social media strategy across all key social platforms.
Develop great content to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.
Drive our influencer program, developing our existing relationships and connecting with new contacts.
Establish tone and creative guidelines to ensure a consistent experience across all social media.
Build meaningful connections with communities to help business growth via new customer acquisition and retention.
Promote our sustainability practices and charity activity.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop engaging content for external communication channels.
Oversee monthly social media budgets and compile tracking results, ensuring there is a clear return on investment by providing campaign analysis and insights to the business, as well as making recommendations.
What will make you successful?
Strong experience managing social media channels or digital communities with demonstrated results.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, tiktok, and LinkedIn, including analytics and business manager tools.
Specialist in developing social marketing strategies to deliver results.
Experience running influencer campaigns.
Experience in a fast paced, retail focused environment.
Exceptional communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
Collaborative with excellent stakeholder management skills.
The ability and interest to be across emerging social media channels, new features, and trends.
Be flexible and agile with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
Have a “one-team mindset”, where everyone does what is necessary to support one another.
