At Cosentino we are looking for a Showroom Specialist & Sales Admin Brisbane to join our Cosentino Center located in Brisbane. The Centers are an example of Cosentino’s total commitment to its clients, providing them with exclusive and high-quality service. The Centers combine the functions of (a) warehouse, (b) brand and product showroom, and (c) sales network. As the Cosentino Showroom Specialist & Sales Administrator you will be joining a dynamic team based at our Cosentino Center located in Yatala, Queensland. This is a hybrid position within Cosentino that incorporates equally both the day-to-day management of our showroom, with supporting our Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks. While we will value this level of experience, ultimately, we hope to find a highly motivated professional who is driven to grow and learn within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will proactively liaise with our sales team to support their clients by providing additional sales support from within our showroom. Along this you will be supporting our Sales and Operations teams with all the administrative related matters in our center.

Please see Duties & Responsibilities below for more detailed tasks. Our ideal candidate will come with design and/or sales experience within the building materials industry who also has experience with using SAP software along with sound administrative experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – SHOWROOM SPECIALIST
-Welcome every customer and provide the best customer experience, with the goal of developing long term relationships and foster brand loyalty.
-Provide the Cosentino experience to all walk-ins & customers who visit our showroom.
-Provide support by either face-to-face, over the phone, video calls or via email to better educate customers on the benefits of our Cosentino brand.
-Work with the sales team to increase traffic within the showroom and convert leads into sales.
-Register visits and leads in Salesforce.
-Filter the leads of the Center via phone call and only forward the ones with potential.
-Manage and maintain the showroom: this includes ordering and stocking supplies needed, maintaining equipment, placing marketing materials, attending visitors daily and during events.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – SALES ADMINISTRATOR
-Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Answering phone calls and emails directed towards the Center.
-Receiving and processing customer purchase orders.
-Perform and keep records of documents in the Center according to its needs. This includes but not limited to, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoices, credits, tax certificates and customer payment records.
-Follow up on selected slabs by end users to ensure all sale orders are current for material on hold
-Assisting in the management of overdue debt.
-Managing weekly run sheet for transportation to FNQ customers.
-Communicating with customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
-Supporting the General Manager with other administrative tasks, if requested.
What are we looking for?
-Proven Success in Sales, Marketing, and customer service
- knowledge of interior design industry
- experience working with a successful team
-Knowledgeable of the kitchen & bathroom construction industry.
-Knowledge of the building or decoration market
-Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
-Fundamentals (basic functions) on computing: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer Salesforce and CRM or similar.
