As a leading provider in mining services, our offering is highly dependent on our people, know-how and culture. In line with the Perenti’s growth strategy, our teams are focused on winning new work and mobilizing projects, resulting a consistent need to recruit talent at a rate of 300-600 new hires per quarter.
This role will deliver key marketing programs in support of Perenti’s recruitment function. Responsibilities listed but not limited to:
Create and execute full marketing strategy aligned with new project resourcing and new business pipeline.
Partner with the Recruitment team, ensuring strong engagement and alignment of priorities.
Work closely and in partnership with creative agencies, media agencies, digital consultants, copywriters, designers and printers to deliver successful end to end communication and marketing campaigns.
Ensure that recruitment events are effectively delivered and capitalized on.
Developing candidate insights, value propositions and targeted communication strategies.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing collateral.
Development and measurement of campaign KPIs. Post-campaign analysis, reporting and continuous improvement to drive increased performance.
Effective management of creative and media agencies and budget.
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders throughout the Perenti Group.
To be considered for the role, you will need the following skills:
Proven 8 to 10 years of professional experience in similar role.
Advanced digital marketing literacy including creating and maintaining web pages, CMS management, Google Analytics, digital advertising, SEM, social media marketing.
Demonstrated experience in developing effective Integrated Marketing and Communication Campaigns
Digital and Social Media marketing experience is essential
Preferred - In-depth knowledge of contemporary employer brand strategies, recruitment processes and candidate selection methodologies.
Excellent communications skills; high level of professional writing, attention to detail and ability to present and influence senior management.
Previous experience in working for a large, complex organisation highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to employees at all levels.
