About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Sydney office. You will be responsible for product management and Customer marketing of the Gas Detection Portfolio within ANZ & ASEAN markets. The goal of the position is to drive aggressive and profitable product line growth by developing and executing on its strategic roadmap. This roadmap will involve understanding the key end-users needs, segmentation, designing and managing product portfolio, executing robust value and tactical pricing, providing sales support and training, and driving tactical marketing programs.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
·Graduation in Science or Engineering preferably with PG in Marketing
·Minimum 5 -7 years of commercial experience in a marketing position in B2B environment
·Prior experience in industrial products involved with machine manufacturing will be an added advantage
·Preferably have multinational experience
·Demonstrated success in product development/launches and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies
·Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect the overall direction to details and vice-versa using data and qualitative information
·Excellent written, oral, and technical communication skills and presentation skills
·Self-starter, structured thinker, ability to work collaboratively across functions/regions, influence others, multi-task, and work with stretch goals and deadlines.
·Entrepreneurial, start-up, and business development skills an advantage. Strong MS office skills
