What’s the opportunity?

 

As a Senior Business Analyst you will be a key part of the Enterprise & Government Sales Enablement Team. You'll be responsible for acting as an intermediary between the sales and sales enablement teams and technology, finance and delivery teams. You will report to the Head of Sales Transformation, your team will be working on key strategic and tactical projects including but not limited to the Salesforce Reimagined Project and work across the Sales Enablement and Sales Teams as required.

The Day to Day
  • Analysing and delivery business process initiatives by either managing some of the components of large initiatives or all components of medium sized initiatives.
  • Meeting with user groups to gather, analyse and document end user requirements
  • Analysing workflows to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvement
  • Developing functional specifications that design and document desired outcome of systems and workflow enhancement/development for the Sales team
  • Producing technical documentation to communicate sales and sale support user requirements in technical terms
  • Coordinating user acceptance testing by the sales and sale support users to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness of system enhancement / development.
  • Preparing training and reference material for sales and sale support end users and working with the learning and development team to assist in its delivery.
  • Working as a crucial component of a project team on behalf of the sales enablement team to enhancing existing systems or developing new systems.
  • What you will require to be successful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the preparation of technical specifications and user facing material
  • Strong ability to converse with stakeholders including sponsors, end-users and IT employees at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of the systems and workflows
  • Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.
  • Strong customer service experience and focus
  • Advanced knowledge of business process re-engineering
  • Financial / commercial acumen and an appreciation of both IT and business strategy
  • Process oriented – ideally with a business improvement mindset
