The Opportunity

The Salesforce Administrator plays a key role within the Provider Commercials and Operations division to maintain and support the Salesforce CRM in Salesforce Service Cloud.

This role is critical in supporting PCO in the daily maintenance, ongoing enhancement and capability support for the Salesforce Service Cloud instance.

The role will be accountable for:

  • Strategic transition to one provider relationship management system
  • Administration and team support for the salesforce CRM including Health Audit Case Management System, Hospital Medical and Ancillary CRM.
  • Working with Payment Integrity teams and Hospital Medical Overseas team to ensure the system is being used correctly, including technical support for trainers and super-users
  • Assist with identifying and managing the improvement of the CRM/Case management system and technical features that drive efficiency, improve business capability and engagement across the business
  • Supporting the delivery of enhancements through the translation of business and user requirements into technical functionality
  • Liaise with the 3rd party support vendor or Tech & ops to log defects and/or support requests (where unable to be resolved by the administrator) and proactively monitoring progress to ensure timely resolution 
  • In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Salesforce ‘Administrator’ (ADM201) or ‘Advanced Administrator’ (ADM211) Certification 
    • 2-4 years’ experience in Salesforce Service Cloud administration (particularly with dashboards, reporting, page layouts and process automation).
    • Demonstrated experience in process improvement & supporting change projects
    • Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into technology or process outcomes and the ability to translate back in plain English to non technical business users
