About the Role

We are currently seeking an experience and driven Sales Coordinator to join our Adelaide office. You will be working within a team and with a wide range of stakeholders and clients to in effective ways reach organisational goals.

What you’ll do

As Sales Coordinator you will:

  • Plan and prioritise sales support activities towards achieving agreed business goals, whilst managing your time and productivity
  • Identify sales leads and escalating them to Business Development Managers
  • As a skilled specialist, this position completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways
  • Maintain sales statistics, records of sales performance and the customer database
  • Provide administrative support for the production of tenders, bids and other sales related documents
  • Receive, handle or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of our products/services
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellence
  • Displays a high level of operational discipline, ensuring Datacom and client processes, policies and procedures are followed and adhered to
  • Promote a positive culture within the team
  • What you’ll bring:

    We are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience within the ICT sector. You will ultimately posses the following skills and attributes:

    Sound IT product and services knowledge

    Excellent customer/vendor relationship building and management skills

    Ability to frequently interact and network with a variety of stakeholders and team members within own area of expertise

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed with good organisational skills
  • A team player and also have the ability to work independently
