  • About the role As a Sales Administrator, your responsibility will be for all price administration within the region. This includes coordinating and administering price increase activities and tasks, coordinating and reviewing list prices, additional customer data (customer price levels), and regional price matrices. The role will also assist the sales team in the creation and management of customer pricing in the system (SAP).

    Reporting to Sales Support Team Leader, The position will assist the sales team (Account Managers and Key Account Managers) with their use of SFDC including the identification and management of market opportunities via SAP inquiry functionality, also a key administrative support for the regional Sales Manager, whilst you assist with the development and preparation of reports both formal and ad hoc in nature.

    You will have previous experience Pricing Administration within a Credit environment, ensuring accuracy of Pricing, Maintain Account Manager customer allocations, customer data’ creation, change and maintenance

    Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Master data team regarding any adjustments to list prices
  • Maintain the regional ‘standard products listing’
  • Coordinate regional price increase administration including coordination of any mail out
  • Maintain necessary regional price documentation as controlled documents - Issue amendments as required
  • Report on compliance with requirements by Account Managers
  • Provide support to sales team in creating or changing quotes and condition records where required.

  • Prepare weekly and month end reports as required by the Sales Manager;
  • Preparation of Sales and Marketing Business Review documentation & Assist with end of year reporting as required
  • Skills and experience:

  • Similar experience in a customer service and/or administration role
  • Preferably within the construction industry are hands on, proactive to move the team forward.
  • High level of verbal and written communications skills.
  • High proficiency in word, excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps, SAP and other systems required to perform the role effectively
  • Strong customer focus; ability to drive and lead performance; communication, relationships and networks
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong understanding of the concrete business have industry knowledge or Concrete / Construction exposure
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks to strict timeframes
  • Build working relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Confident dealing with a range of people at different levels both internally and externally
