An opportunity now exists for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Perth Team.
- Manage and drives the sales team with accounts and sales strategies to enhance growth and competitive positions.
- Provide guidance to the team to win business deals, managed the key deliverables, including pricing and capability
- Developing Sales Account plan and drive the team in building relevant offers and achieve revenue targets
- Take the lead for comprehensive solution offering and identify opportunities to increase revenue and communicate new products and services to the customer where appropriate
- Build relationships and expand network to communicate on offer values and overall business/ industry knowledge
- Set and validate regional and customer strategy based on market needs and technology trends allowing competitive advantage
- Work and communicate market forecast and any relevant information related to customers satisfaction and competition activity
Specific Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years selling to either the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or Electrical trade
- Ability to analyse, develop and execute on a market strategy for the Perth market; including entry of new markets and revitalization of existing markets
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment at both the strategic and operational levels
- Demonstrated ability to successfully take new products to market joining product management and marketing
- Understands the influence of advertisement and marketing
- Ability to track trends within the industry and capitalize on emerging markets
- Experience with a specific sales methodology, sales funnel management
- Data driven decision maker with a strong ability to extract, consolidate and present sales data
