As a SAP Delivery Senior Manager in our Technology Consulting - Federal Government, SAP team your impact will be seen by:

  • Lead S/4HANA implementation projects
  • Taking ownership and managing the delivery of SAP projects to enhance our client's business functionality and overall performance, with a passion for delivering SAP cloud migrations.
  • Supporting new business development, e.g. proposal preparation, creating delivery plans, scope discovery workshops, and solution presentations to senior executives.
  • Experience in getting involved in design, build, deployment and integrated delivery of projects
  • Tracking projects’ objectives
  • Coordinate projects timelines and ensure schedules and communication planes are implemented
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Develop strong professional relationships across all levels of the business
  • Manage and mentor team and coach associates
  • About you
     

    You have a background in managing the delivery of complex and large scale SAP transformation programs across all phases of the solutions delivery lifecycle. Ideally, you have experience in delivering multiple S/4 HANA projects utilising an agile methodology across multiple functional areas (including Finance, Asset Management, HR, Logistics, Materials Management, Warehousing etc). And hold an understanding of soft skills required for the role (stakeholders management, communications, and business process design and analytical methodologies).

  • You will also have at least 8-10 years relevant experience in SAP project delivery management
  • Strong experience in SAP Activate methodology
  • At least 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation programs
  • Must have Consulting background
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams
  • Proven experience in full life cycle implementations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Public Sector industry knowledge (preferred) and being able to establish credibility with clients
