We have an opportunity for an experienced Reporting Analyst to support our largest Federal Government customer account. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with exceptional customer service skills to determine how we are reporting/data and how it can be used to achieve our goals. This role will develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly governance, operational and SLA reports and dashboards for cross-functional services using a range of Fujitsu and/or customer- owned service management toolset. Additionally you will gain an in depth knowledge of the client environment and to create close working relationships to foster innovation for continual service improvement and opportunities for increased service and value add.
