Collaboratively supports recovery and quality of life goals including consumers from the Acute Mental Health Unit and community setting.<div> <div> <div style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;"> <p style="font-family: Arial"><b>Selection Criteria<b><p> <ol> <li>Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist.<li> <li>Demonstrated experience in Mental Health Drug and Alcohol.<li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of the concept and principles of mental health rehabilitation and recovery and demonstrated experience and skills using a collaborative, strengths based approach to the care of mental health consumers.<li> <li>Proven ability to think critically, problem solve and make timely, sound clinical decisions whilst working autonomously.<li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in clinical leadership and clinical supervision to mental health clinicians from all disciplines, upholding standards of clinical practice, and critically analyse, review and develop relevant policies and procedures.<li> <li>Demonstrated experience in running group interventions for consumers of Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Services.<li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively and engage and collaborate with consumers, their families and carers andor other stakeholders, and a demonstrated high level proficiency in computer literacy.<li> <li>Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drivetravel as the role requires.
