What this opportunity involves:

You will be providing Property Management services to a Commonwealth Government mixed portfolio (Commercial, Residential and Retail). Your responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Provision of superior client relationship management with excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
  • Providing property management support within the portfolio
  • Managing multiple tasks concurrently within tight time frames
  • Overseeing the delivery of best practice property management in accordance with the scope of services
  • This position can be located in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland.

    We are looking for someone with drive and passion! You will have experience working in a professional environment with proven strong client relationship management skills and the ability to work autonomously.

    Although property management experience is desirable, we would consider training in the day to day aspects of property management for the right person. You will excel in stakeholder engagement, be resilient and have the ability to manage the client’s expectations.
     

    You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong IT / systems experience and have the willingness to undertake training on client-based IT systems. You will also need to demonstrate organisation and negotiation skills and be proficient with Excel based reporting.
