  • Based out at Nerimbera and as a Project Supervisor you will manage all contractors and run the onsite project operations. You will provide operational support within central QLD, whilst you deliver key safety, operational improvement and lead new operational initiatives, driving standardisation and best practice across the Aggregates business within the region.

  • Duties and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager, Aggregates Operational Team and local Quarry teams to implement national operating standards as required.
  • Lead and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the quarry development approval process.
  • Supervise major capital project activities.
  • Ensure pit development & extraction leases are being adhered too.
  • Undertake monthly reconciliation & periodic drone surveys of stock & pits.
  • Coordinate best practice ideas across the business.
  • Monitor and report progress against key operational targets.
  • Ensure contractors operate in full compliance with all relevant legislations, regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Meet with customers (internally and externally) to develop skillset while understanding products, performance and services.
  • Work closely with the account manager in developing & understating opportunities for our customers
