The Project Manager is an integral part of this creative system; connecting our teams across strategy and planning, media investment and creative systems to deliver better outcomes for clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to help lead and shape 2 key areas of our clients creative system; partnerships that drive cultural relevance and addressable creative that delivers personal relevance.

It's a varied role that will stretch your thinking across strategy, product development, project and client management and consultative selling.

This position is open to be based in either Brisbane or Sydney

  • On any given day, you might...
  • Build/maintain strong client relationships through best in class servicing
  • Work closely with strategy and creative teams to ensure you are up to date with their latest offerings and 'great work'
  • Build relationships with clients, key media suppliers, creative agency partners and other WPP companies especially Hogarth
  • Project manage all creative and production elements of your campaigns, including third-party briefing and feedback/approvals
  • Manage logistical & production elements of campaigns, in some cases holding direct relationships with production companies
  • Build/Maintain strong client relationships through best in class servicing
  • Key point of contact for your clients, managing all stakeholders involved in your projects, driving communication efficiencies and promoting strong collaborative working relationships
  • Brand custodians for your clients, ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with brand strategy, values & guidelines
  • Negotiating as much integration value as possible in regards to high production value, authenticity, frequency, duration, talent and IP
  • Own product development where you see opportunity for growth
  • Support your clients and team growth through new business opportunities and consultative selling
  • Manage the end to end process of our addressable creative solution - collaborating with planning, creative, production and media investment teams
  • Demonstrate the creative systems behaviours in your day to day work.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience as a project manager or producer
  • Experience in a creative or production agency
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the creative and production process
  • Successful track record of project delivery targets in the content & creative space
