Due to on-going business growth and the imminent award of a long-term government contract we are seeking expressions of interest for a Project Manager to join our Asset and Development Services Business. This business is responsible for the delivery of projects, services and IFM contracts across Australia and is a leading provider of integrated services.
This role will provide leadership to project personnel ensuring that works are delivered safely, within budget and schedule whilst meeting quality and client expectations
Ideally, you possess qualifications in construction management with extensive experience gained within commercial construction, ideally with a tier 1 o 2. You will also possess;
Demonstrable experience gained within the commercial building industry delivering multiple small to medium contracts
Well-developed commercial acumen with the ability to understand and assess the risk of contracts
Astute financial management skills with experience overseeing budgets to ensure a culture of sustainable cost management
Robust project control skills ensuring that project positions and forecasts are accurate
Well-developed influencing and decision-making skills based on facts and analysis
High level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
Confident use of MS Office, Teams and Power BI (SAP and Primavera highly regarded)
The ability to lead and develop a team ensuring a high performing and engaged workforce
Open communication and engagement with the ability to work effectively in teams to identify and improve processes across cost savings, efficiency and productivity
Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment.
