    About the team

    The principal role of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) is to lead and oversee the education activities of the University, including the delivery of a program of strategically aligned projects that deliver a quality student experience and contribute to growth at the institution.

    UWA is initiating a program of transformational work to support UWA 2030 and the 2025 Strategic Plan. This includes investing in Educational Transformation to further improve the educational experiences of our students.

    About the opportunity

    Reporting to the Associate Director Education Strategy, you will manage specified projects primarily related to the Education Transformation Program. You will liaise closely with the Education executive to plan, develop and implement projects and initiatives. Consultation with internal and external stakeholders is a critical component of the role.

    To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency
  • Substantial relevant experience providing advice and managing projects in complex large organisations
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative fashion, building excellent networks, and working in a way which appreciates organisational nuances and cultures
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary management practice and procedures
