Our Assurance business delivers a broad range of Financial Audit and Trust & Risk services. Our teams work with clients to help them protect and strengthen every aspect of their business, from people to performance, strategy to systems, and business plans to business resilience.
What will you create?
As a Project Coordinator, your impact will be seen by supporting the Project Portfolio Management Office and our incubation teams to meet the key objectives for the programs in our portfolio. Success does stem from a positive attitude, hard work and going the extra mile, but that’s not all!
Be an integral part of managing the program’s portfolio, working together with the Portfolio Management Office Lead;
Support monitoring the progress of digital transformation and innovation projects against planned benefits, budgets and schedules;
Be involved and help lead planning and coordination of the integrated operating rhythm for the program teams involved and each stakeholder group, to ensure deadlines and milestones are met and interdependencies are managed;
Support management of communications and stakeholders for the projects you will be leading;
Support drafting and managing the quarterly reporting requirements to the Steering Committees and the Assurance Leadership Team;
Help draft and track issues, actions, risks and decisions for the programs of work you will be supporting;
Bring ideas for optimising and improving processes where necessary;
Management of several moving parts of the project/s within the constructs of the overall programs simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
Background and experience
You have a solid background in project management and are capable of managing multiple elements of a complex project simultaneously. You’re passionate about getting the best out of the people and projects that you manage. Extensive experience working within the constructs of Agile project management and hybrid project delivery structures will be key to your success in the role.
