This is a full time 12 month fixed term contract role, with the high probability to be ongoing. You'll be working in a team of communications professionals to create strategies in order to develop and deliver content and communications around regulatory industry and product changes through a variety of internal and external channels.
About the day to day
Develop and implement a wide range of customer change and communications plans to support key projects in response to industry and regulatory change.
Communications deliverables will span a range of customers including licensees, advisers, employers and members.
Apply a customer lens to complex regulatory changes and communicate these in an easy to understand way to the various customer groups.

You'll demonstrate solid experience working in financial services marketing and communications - Developing communications strategies and executing these internal and external channels
Strong time management and organizational skills
Exceptional stakeholder management skill with the ability to work cross functionally in a highly complex and regulated environment
Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
Experience in dealing with complex subject matter and crafting it into plain English audience appropriate messages.
