    About the Role...

    Reporting to the Design & Construction Coordinator, the position of Design & Project Administrator will assist in ensuring that all projects are designed and fit out is undertaken in accordance with Roll’d brand guidelines.

    Position Title:  Project Administrator

    Reporting to:  Design & Construction Coordinator

    Status:  Full Time

    Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the D&C Coordinator with day-to-day administrative tasks including:
    - coordinate and facilitate project meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, including site visits
    - prepare meeting notes and/or documentation required for project meeting
    - raising vendor purchase requisitions in a timely manner
    - follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of execution
  • Provide support to franchisees with maintenance and repair requests including:
    - research and contact local contractors for maintenance and repair works
    - directing franchisees to the correct supplier for service requests
    - follow up with suppliers to ensure repair works are booked in and carried out
  • Attend sites as required

  • Key Competencies and Characteristics

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of construction principles
  • Basic understanding of contract administration
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to listen and convey key messages accurately and affectively across a broad range of audience and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budget and expenditures
  • Ability to work autonomously but also as a part of a team
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Tertiary education within a design and/or construction field desirable
  • 2+ years’ experience in project management within the construction industry preferable
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines
