SESLHD is committed to enabling our community to be healthy and well, and to providing the best possible compassionate care when people need it.<span><br > <br > <span>The Pharmacy Procurement Category Manager will provide a high quality executive and administrative service to support the efficient and effective operation of SESLHD Pharmacy Services (including the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network Randwick Campus where services have been agreed) to achieve business and service objectives. The position will ensure the provision of efficient procurement management, improve alignment between Facility Service Pharmacy Services’ procurement, and deliver consistency in pricing and utilitsation of pharmaceuticals across SESLHD. The position will contribute to quality assurance activities across SESLHD with specific responsibility for ensuring compliance with relevant standards and management of drug shortages and recalls under the direction of the District Pharmacy Business Support Manager. The position will work closely with Facility Service Pharmacy Store Officers on the end to end processes of Pharmacy Services procurement.<span><p> <p style="font-family: Arial"><em>SESLHD is committed to creating a workplace that reflects the diversity of our community. We encourage people from different backgrounds to apply.<em><p> <p style="font-family: Arial"><em>Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified for this position following suitable labour market testing. <em><p> <div> <div> <div style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;"> <p style="font-family: Arial"><strong>Selection Criteria<strong><p> <ol> <li>Demonstrated experience in procurement, financial administration, contracts and management of pharmaceuticals or equivalent in a complex hospital store setting<li> <li>Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to perform a range of management and administrative tasks, monitoring and managing work priorities to enable adjustments to workflow as required<li> <li>Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders<li> <li>Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and influencing skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels<li> <li>Sound computer skills, including experience in the use of software packages including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Oracle or similar ordering and finance tools<li> <li>Demonstrated interest and prior experience in implementation of practice change and innovative practices<li> <li>Demonstrated initiative, accuracy, attention to detail and accuracy in undertaking all tasks, including analytical and problem solving skills<li> <li>Current unrestricted Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel to meet the demands of the position<li> <ol> <div> <p style="font-family: Arial"> <p> <p style="font-family: Arial"> <p> <div style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;"> <p style="font-family: Arial">
