The Role

Programmed Industrial Maintenance is currently seeking Coded Welders to join our Shutdown/Maintenance team at Tronox Chandala (Muchea) from April 8th to May 7th

Successful applicants will have previous mine site or refinery experience, with a strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to safety.

Skills, Experience and Attributes

The ideal candidate will possess the following;

  • Australian Recognized Boilermaker Trade Certificate
  • Current Nationally Accredited Confined Space
  • Current Nationally Accredited Working at Heights
  • Previous heavy fabrication experience
  • Ability to pass exotic metals weld test and complete welds
  • Ability to pass 6G stainless steel and 6G carbon steel weld test
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
  • What you need to know:

  • DIDO bus in and out
  • Muchea Location - 40 minutes North of Perth
  • Days $68.75 nights $75.62
  • Up to 12 hour shifts
  • Both day and night shifts available
  • Some preshut work available
