Currently seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Director’s, this is a role for someone to slot in and work amongst a high performing team.

    The Role:
    We are looking for someone to be the backbone to a fast paced and top performing team. You will be responsible for:

  • Diary, email and calendar management supporting two Director’s
  • Managing all pre-listing campaign activities
  • Manage pre-sale renovations
  • Attending property marketing appointments & photoshoots
  • Managing pre-listing marketing
  • Liaising with vendor, buyers and solicitors for contract amendments and exchanges and settlements
  • Preparing for open homes
  • Conducting open homes
  • Managing KPI’s for the team
  • Ad hoc admin and marketing material

  • The Candidate:

  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Previous experience in Real Estate is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
  • The ability to work proactively and independently
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong administration and communication skills
