Role overview:

We currently have a full-time vacancy in our Silverwater branch for a New Zealand Payroll Officer.

Duties includes (but not limited to):

  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll for New Zealand Employees
  • Process new employees, employee transfers and terminations
  • Review and processing of timesheets
  • Leave calculations including parental, long service, annual, sick etc.
  • Manage Month end and year end tasks
  • Enterprise Agreement and contract interpretation
  • Reconciliation of Kiwi Saver and IRD
  • Assisting with payroll enquiries as required and provide support to the payroll team during absences
  • Qualifications

    Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Full function Payroll expertise including experience in New Zealand payroll
  • Chris21 experience would be beneficial, or training is provided
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • High standard of written and verbal communication
