Cook (Part-Time)

We are on the look-out for an enthusiastic team member to work along side our Head Chef and Kitchen Brigade to deliver a menu that celebrates all things beer. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing food services to a world class standard.
  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Assists the Kitchen Brigade during the food assembly process.
  • Compliance with the business rules (WHS, RSA, HACCP).
  • To be successful in this role:

  • A demonstrable work or school record.
  • Ability to maintain high workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Be able to follow reasonable instructions in a safe and timely manner.
  • Delivery of quality food in a fast paced kitchen.
  • Knowledge of food rotation procedures and appropriate storage of food.
  • The passion to succeed.
