Our Client
A Leading provider of highly targeted, evidence-based self-management and health coaching programs. Their services are available to a range of clients across Australia, such as corporations through corporate health programs, health programs for members of private health funds, and specialty aged care health services for older clients living in their homes.

The Opportunity:
  • Location: Carlton VIC
  • Leading and managing our clinical and care teams, including training, coaching on best practice and clinical principles
  • Conducting assessments of residents and ensuring quality of clinical care meets and exceeds best practice
  • Identifying and managing clinical risks, managing resident needs and complex issues as required
  • Operations management, including overseeing recruitment, roster management and administrative tasks
  • Overseeing the management of ACFI assessments and quality assurance
  • Promoting a positive culture and our Better Together model of care
  • Assisting with preparation and leadership for site audits and accreditations

  • Criteria:
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA Registration (or eligible)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and extensive leadership and management experience
  • Exceptional clinical and Aged Care knowledge – an accomplished RN, 10+ years experience
  • Proven ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives and implement new systems and processes
  • Experience in operational management including recruitment and rostering in a facility or clinical management position
  • A person centred focus, displaying our values of Bold, Warm and Honest
  • Specialist knowledge in dementia support, wound care or other areas you are passionate in leading improvements
  • Effective financial management; ability to manage ACFI, rosters, clinical consumables in-line with budget and support requirements.
  • Knowledge of accreditation procedures and standards
