    Key responsibilities for the Manager


    Delegates work effectively to team members - leading weekly account WIPs

    Works collaboratively with the entire team across all disciplines throughout the campaign

    development process ensuring they deliver work in a timely manner

    Works with AD to manage team holiday/sick leave/Summer Friday approval

    Ensures team follow the Neo Professional Etiquette Guidelines

    Maintains a positive, motivating and inspiring team culture

    Coaches team members regularly to deliver their work to a high standard and in a timely

    manner - leading monthly meetings and traffic lights


    Articulates the agency’s USP in market and best in class buying creds clearly to clients and client leads - contributing to business wins (increased scopes and new biz)

    Completes and manages team accreditations

    Follows the GroupM compliance/audit process and thus delivers 100% adherence across their clients

    Leads the creation of individual client growth plans

    Shows mastery of digital innovation for core clients via Betas/Alpha implementation and case studies

    Provide strategic direction to client accounts by interpreting the business needs and translating it into an effective media strategy

    Ensures quality control on all outputs from the team including; media owner briefs, strategic

    response to briefs, implementation responses and post campaign reviews

    Lead the team on platforms such as the Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Facebook

    family of apps

    Demonstrate understanding of non-platform-based media such as Radio, OOH and TV

    Learn and develop a knowledge of emerging media such as Amazon


    Has trusted advisory relationship with media owners, clients, and agency partners

    Seeks out market innovation and applies them to channel recommendations accordingly

    Acts as an escalation point for media partner related feedback, engaging the AD where

    appropriate and necessary

    Helps to deliver media strategy to increase/maintain client appraisal scores delivered via formal or in-formal check ins

    Delivers a well-informed POV in every meeting and coaches the team in building their POV


    Demonstrates commercial acumen - increased investment QoQ, re-scoped service for core clients’ YoY

    Drives to increase scopes with AD using client prioritisation

    Tracks and monitors client billing forecasts on monthly basis

    Assist AD in developing team scopes and SLA’s based on on-going client appetite and market


    Monitors accurate financial processing within the team, zero account over spend or error due to effective QA and buddy system

    Adheres to GroupM’s SOX and compliance requirements

    Ensures clients are adhering to all financial and compliance processes

    Ensures team’s timesheets are completed in a timely manner

    Assists AD in ensuring delivery of all contractual requirements

    Identifies and converts incremental revenue opportunities for NEO
