  • The Role

    As a Key Account Manager based in NSW, you will maintain anddevelop the profitable sales of Rheem heat pump and Raypak gasheaters by direct provision of product literature, pricing, sizingand application advice to distributors, merchants, suppliers,specialists and consumers. Historically, the base market for thebusiness has been the aquatic industry and while you will continueto service this segment, this new role will have a particular focuson the growing demand for hot water heat pumps into the HVACmarket. Reporting into the National Sales & MarketingManager:

    You will:

  • Generate profitable sales of Rheem and Raypak water heating equipment by representation to key; builders, industry suppliers, industry associations, specifiers, consultants and mechanical engineers and architects.
  • Achieve growth in sales and distribution
  • Contribute to the development of the marketing plan
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor activity and pricing and market feedback on product and sales
  • Provide customers with timely and accurate design and application advice on selection, application and installation
  • Update all related CRM databases
  • Train outside groups such as trade distributors, service agents, industry suppliers and consultants on Rheem Thermal products
  • Exhibit products at appropriate trade shows
  • Follow up all major projects
  • Be expected to work closely with our manufacturing base to assist in new product development initiatives
  • To be successful in this role:

    You'll have an engineering, trade or technical background witharound 5-10 years experience in a technical sales role. Priorexperience in the HVAC industry will be highly regarded. Strongverbal and written communication skills are vital to this role andyou will be a pro-active and self-motivated individual that thriveson achieving/exceeding targets.
