Our client based in Knox is one of the largest beverage companies in the world, providing 1.5 billion litres of home-made sparkling water to millions of homes. They manufacture and market Home Carbonation Systems worldwide with the clear vision of benefiting consumers and the environment.
They are currently looking for an Import & Export Coordinator to join their continually growing workforce. They are offering ongoing opportunities for successful candidates. Weekend work and overtime work is available.
Duties and experience as follow:
Experience using an ERP system, preferably Oracle (not mandatory to have used Oracle however this is advantageous).
High attention to detail as this role will involve sensitive data entry and administrative tasks to be completed without error.
Liaise with the relevant suppliers regarding all import and export shipments and mange the documentation submission process.
Monitor all overseas gas shipments, request sailing schedules and ensure on time export for all shipments.
Communicate and confirm container schedules to site operations team in a timely manner to allow for planning of staff for container unloading and loading.
Conduct QA on every inbound shipment and document findings and circulate information with key business stakeholders.
Collect and analyse data to determine appropriate order quantities and monitor inventory of consumable items.
Create purchase requisitions and process orders with suppliers for consumable items.
Maintain the consumable order excel sheet and advise relevant parties when stock arrives.
Follow up with suppliers as required to expedite any late orders.
Assist the Supply Chain Manager with any additional administrative tasks as required.
Assist senior management and the key stakeholders of the business with any additional requests.
