Your responsibilities will include

:
  • Manage and lead the development of ILS plans and reports in accordance with project needs
  • Lead the development and maintenance of project processes, procedures and training to ensure successful management of all ILS activities
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering and the Commonwealth of Australia to lead planning, monitoring and reporting of ILS activities
  • Identify and review the needs, analysis and justification for ILS tools to ensure they are suitable, appropriate and effective
  • Guide and mentor ILS Engineers and ILS Analysis in their work and actively support their professional development
  • Lead ILS Working Groups and participate as an active member of other engineering IPTs
  • Lead ILS activities and provide expertise to influence design through design program phases
  • Prepare briefing material and present briefings to provide management, customers and vendors recommendations/suggestions that address ILS issues
  • About you:

  • Experience in the development of ILS Plans & Reports
  • Experience in the development of Procedures and Processes
  • Extensive experience in the development and reporting of metrics and KPIs
  • Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and reporting of project schedules and budgets
  • Experience in the application of Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) and Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to engineering projects
  • Experience in the application of Reliability Centres Maintenance, Level of Repair Analysis
  • Experience in the application of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis & Spares Modelling
  • Experience with analysing needs and system requirements, and allocation to specifications
  • Special Requirements:

    Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
