Join us as an Associate within the Equity Capital Markets ("ECM") team. As part of our team, you will support the origination and execution of transactions across the full suite of equity capital markets products such as initial public offerings, placements, entitlement offers, private financings and buy-backs. You will work with senior bankers and colleagues in coverage teams on pitch books and will prepare investor presentations and other transaction documents used by Boards and Management teams when they meet with investors. You will become a specialist on local and global equity markets conditions and trends and monitor trading activity in selected stocks, keeping coverage colleagues and clients informed of developments. You will develop financial analysis and valuation skills, analyze business plans and participate in due diligence. This role involves direct interaction with clients on transactions. You will also collaborate closely with other advisors, lawyers and to successfully execute transactions.
