Want to be a part of our team?Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs. Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications, such as materials management, financial management, HRIS, mobile apps or desktop applications products. Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. Working at NTT •Is accountable for all Change that affect the Test environment and is the owner of the Test environment schedule •Facilitate appropriate IT and business change approval, and perform final approval on ALL changes to both production and non-production environments •Assesses whether requirements can be accommodated within existing organisational capability and capacity. •Manage the Test Assurance over the environment lifecycle including where necessary from opportunity evaluation •Provide input into the Program of Work prioritisation •Plan, manage, execute and report environment management conflicts, issues and priorities with stakeholders (Prioritisation, Demand and Supply) •Escalation & risk control •Test Environment Work Package Engagement & Enablement •Plan and forecast supply of services based on the clients demands •Provide reporting to manage the capacity of services and resources to meet the ongoing demand •Provide recommendations to assist in the optimisation of services and their cost effectiveness •Identify program inter-dependencies and constraints •Direct and monitor corrective action as necessary •Ensure that program delivery plans reflect business events and cycles, and integrate with one another and normal business operations •Ensure that the inter-dependencies between ICT programs and other Client business programs are being actively managed •Provide appropriate direction, communication and control to program stakeholders •Act as the escalation point for NTT engagement issues / dependencies and conflicts •Identify and manage risks to programs and provide an escalation route for issues that cannot be resolved at this level •Ensure that all program activities are compliant with the agreed governance, delivery processes and methodologies •Input to or lead the management of a service improvement plan / register (SIP) and where required report achievement of the SIP •Input to or Coordinate continuous improvement discussions with the client’s internal and external vendors and 3rd parties •Participating and providing detailed release strategies •Release Test Reporting •Schedule and dependency assurance •Release Test Risk & Issue Management. •Release regression strategy & reporting •Participating or managing the development and maintenance of test strategies and test planning •Participate in Root Cause diagnosis and analysis as required • Ensure Acceptance Criteria and Contractual agreements are met. •Provide guidance and leadership for the team and communicate priorities in order to keep all work on time and to budget. •Articulate how the release testing will be managed •Focus on a granular level of detail around how the integrated release testing will be delivered. •Be the basis / baseline document for the next release •Where appropriate, be used as a blueprint for future releases to ensure commonality of processes •Ensure consistency and enablement handover to BAU What will make you a good fit for the role?
