    The Data Center Customer Success Manager has responsibility for the overall success of our EcoStruxure IT customers in the Pacific region. From successful adoption of our software solutions for new customers/new installations to identification of expansion opportunities with both new and existing customers to delivering paid software support services to the successful renewal of cloud licenses and support maintenance contracts.

    Cutting to the chase, what will you be doing?

  • Effectively manage the post-sale to go-live experience, actively monitoring the installed base and proposing improvements actions to the customer
  • Working closely with our customers, understanding their strategic objectives, values and constraints you will identify potential expansion opportunities
  • Own relationships with a range of customers including large end-users, to small-medium enterprises, ensuring they receive best-in-class technical support when needed (and in some cases, helping resolve issues yourself).
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication and collaboration to all stakeholders

  • You have strong learning agility and can navigate the complexities of a large matrix organization
  • Knowledge of Schneider portfolio and or Services business would be highly advantageous
  • You can build effective strategic relationships, to influence and negotiate at all levels
  • Your excellent communication skills and proficiency with the MS Office suite 
  • This role will play an integral part of our Global Customer Experience Team, working directly with our EcoStruxure IT Custom Solutions Team, Customer Support Team, Product Management, Software sales teams, and License & Renewals Team to grow accounts and create a best in class experience for our EcoStruxure IT customers.
