About the role

Our clients are spread across multiple different industries and range in size from ASX listed to tech start-ups. As our team expands, we looking to bring onboard an experienced Account Manager to help drive engagement with our existing clients.

You will be working with our consulting teams, ensuring quality and delivery of services to some of our most important clients.

This will include educating existing clients on our rapidly growing service offerings, spotting any potential opportunities to help them keep their businesses secure.

This is a highly autonomous role, favoring individuals who are well motivated, resourceful, and fast learners.



Requirements


Responsibilities;

Managing existing and new clients to ensure both retention & growth across entire portfolio.
Maintaining relationships with customers & ensuring our business is seen as a valued partner
Represent Privasec in Industry events, round tables and functions
Upselling PrivaSec's entire security portfolio (Compliance, Governance and Risk, Penetration Testing, Drone Threat Intelligence)

Requirements;

• 5 years + experience in a B2B Account Management role, ideally within SaaS/Tech space. Cyber security is preferable but is not essential.
• Considerable Cyber Security (preferred) or Software selling experience in a B2B environment within the Melbourne market.
• A strong background of running and developing a territory with strong multi-tasking skills.
• Confident in building relationships and selling at the C Suite level.
• Sound understanding of the importance of forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy.
• Outstanding time management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills
• Thrive in a dynamic, hyper growth and constantly evolving environment.
• Ensure accountability and uphold a growth mindset
• Able to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate functions, as well as working as part of a team.
• Experience and understanding of efficiently navigating CRM systems
• You will have a proven track record of sales success and knowledge with prospects and customers in the Australia territory.
• A proven track record in strategically mapping accounts & generating additional revenue from existing business
• Someone who is genuinely looking to offer value to their customers & takes pride in their work
