First, we’ll show you the ropes with a training and induction program. From here on out, you’ll be our first port of call for Latitudes Credit Card customers, working with a fun and collaborative team in a call centre environment. As part of our Specialist team, you’ll: Be the professional voice of our company. Help customers with a range of inquiries related to their credit card. Always provide the right information. Make quick-fire analytical decisions. Easily switch between Phone, Online & Chat interactions where needed. Who we’re after? Someone with an inspiring attitude who’s just as good with people. You’ll be a bold self-starter with top-notch communication skills, and previous industry or call centre experience (ideally). You’ll also: Be as quick as they come at grasping new information. Easily pick up new systems and be able to pilot all of them. Be both a critical and logical thinker. Be a picture of calm in the face of challenging situations. Sound like you? That’s a good sign.
