DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced and customer-centric Customer Experience Officer  for an exciting opportunity to assist with end-to-end call resolution and dealing with a diverse range of customers including transport partners and distribution centres with our national client.
As a Customer Experience Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing an end-to-end service for customers via telephone and e-mail
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying and taking ownership of customer enquiries
  •  We are seeking a pro-active and personable applicant with the following skills:
  • Highly effective verbal and communication skills
  • Passionate about customer service and placing the customer first
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Resilient, proactive and takes accountability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge in Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams) and SAP.
