About the role

An opportunity has become available for a career Receptionist to join the team on a part-time basis. Working as part of a team with another receptionist, you will be the face of the company and will be confident in working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Setting up boardroom and meeting rooms
  • Managing calendars in Outlook
  • Maintaining tidiness of reception area
  • Liaising with lawyers and other support staff
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Corporate Receptionist in a professional services environment 
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Team player
  • Be well presented
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook
