About the role

We are currently searching for a Full Time Commis Chef to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen brigade.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Primarily breakfast shifts for fast paced a la carte service
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes
  • Keep section hygenically clean and organised
  • Monitor food costs by reducing wastage
  • Requirements

  • Cert III or higher in Commercial Cookery
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends & public holidays
  • Strong verbal communication skills
