You'll be part of a talented team responsible for:
Providing accurate and timely activity & performance reporting.
Pro-actively using data to provide analytical reporting and deliver insights to areas of the organisation.
Act as a business partner to a clinical portfolio.
Provide timely advice on issues and trends derived from the clinical data.
Develop a collaborative and trusted relationship with Directors, Managers, clinical staff and administrative staff within your portfolio.
Jointly work with corresponding financial and HR business partners to help drive a holistic business support team.
Work collaboratively with other P&R staff to ensure there is sufficient knowledge sharing across the team.
Consistently review the relevance, quality and accuracy of existing reports for your portfolio.
Design reporting in accordance with the organisational style guide and reporting guidelines.
Attendance and active input to meetings, working groups, steering committees and improvement programs as required.
Attend to ad hoc data, reporting & analytical requests.
Other duties as required.
Your Skills & Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, or Business Analytics.
Outstanding experience working with large data volumes.
Brilliant experience in descriptive and predictive analytics.
Experience with data visualisation software.
Ability to read and write basic SQL queries.
You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and are easily able to handle a number of large projects while also managing smaller, filler projects at the same time while meeting strict deadlines. You have exceptional problem solving ability with the natural creative flair to provide innovative solutions. You have outstanding interpersonal skills to motivate and mentor your team.
