About the role:

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Engineers to join our experienced and growing team!

Our Civil Engineers are exposed to projects at every phase from tender through to delivery.

Working away is required when delivering projects - typical roster being 11 days on, 3 days off and occasionally 3 weeks on 1 week off depending on the project. Uplift of between 10% - 20% is paid while working away as well as living away from home allowance (LAFA).

Projects include transmission lines and substations with the typical project value being between $5M and $35M.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing projects from start to finish, focusing on time, cost, quality, health, safety and environmental management;
  • Manage contracts, scope, procurement, risk and opportunity, stakeholder communications and project integration
  • Organising and directing site labour and delivery of construction materials, plant and equipment, and establishing detailed programs for coordination of site activities
  • About you:

    You will be degree qualified in Engineering with relevant experience in a similar role either in the Utilities, Infrastructure or Construction industries.

    You will have a strong knowledge of PMBOK and understanding of how to deliver a project safely, on time, budget and to a high level of quality.

    With experience in tendering, pre-contracts, and project delivery, you will be confident liaising with multiple stakeholders and the ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads & frequent changes in priorities.
