Job Description

Nine Sydney is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join their Consumer Marketing team. This role will see you responsible for the design, build and execution of a targeted lifecycle communications strategy for 9Now that supports audience engagement and retention.

The role will work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing on the lifecycle strategy and manage the ongoing testing, analysis, reporting and optimisation of lifecycle campaigns across multiple comms channels.

Role responsibilities

  • Develop and manage ongoing lifecycle strategies across the work streams for 9Now users and 9Network audiences
  • Build and manage lifecycle automations, targeting and user journey orchestration across channels including email, mobile push and in-app messages
  • Manage ongoing testing, analysis, reporting and optimisations for lifecycle comms.
  • Design and build audience segments for targeted campaigns across all marketing channels
  • Plan and execute all optimisation, experiments and testing activity 
  • Manage reporting of results, insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with the Data and Technology teams
  • Share best practice and insights with the consumer and trade marketing teams
  • Qualifications

    Essential experience & skills

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in CRM, Email Marketing, Comms, Lifecycle
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including digital performance metrics, channels, audience building and best practice
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platform
  • Understanding of operational data and experience in basic management of datasets including native and temporal schemas
  • HTML experience and/or demonstrated understanding of responsive HTML email design.
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work tasks autonomously
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data to form insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise tasks to meet campaign deliverables.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in a similar role
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Pro-active, solution-oriented with high levels of ownership and responsibility
